A Deeper Understanding of Yourself
Therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and become curious about the patterns that shape our lives. Together, we explore how past experiences, relationships, and unconscious processes influence the way we feel and relate to others.
I work with adolescents, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and grief and loss. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in psychodynamic and depth psychology.

Drawing on my background in community-based theater, I facilitate creative, participatory workshops, using Theater of the Oppressed techniques to explore identity, relationships, power, and social dynamics.
Through improvisation, storytelling, and collaborative exercises, participants can explore familiar patterns, experiment with new possibilities, and connect with others.
Couples Therapy

Even loving relationships can get caught in painful patterns of conflict, distance, and disconnection. I help couples understand the emotional needs and vulnerabilities beneath these patterns and how they shape the ways partners respond to one another.
Together, we work to interrupt these cycles, deepen emotional understanding, and create greater safety, trust, and connection.
